Groups Two and Five. Short Tailed Æ (ÆS)

There are seventeen coins in this group. Four coins have a left facing bust while thirteen have a right facing bust. The unclear iconography on the obverse of coins ID 49 and ID 51 does not allow exact type classification. There are four coins of the type ÆS 3/1.

ÆS type one has the long spelling of WIGRÆD but with the short tailed Æ. There are not any pellets within the annulets on the obverse.
